BISSA's Annual Race Night is on the 23rd April in the VP Lounge with a 7.30pm start. The event has been running for number of years now, and is proving excellent value of entertainment for everyone who has participated in the event. This event provides excellent revenue for BISSA but also for our favourite team Batley Bulldogs, who enjoy a successful revenue from the bar. For just £3.00 entry you also get a Pie and Pea supper, with a splash of mint sauce which even (Come Dine With Me Commentator) would be proud.

BISSA is proud to announce details of its annual dinner. The dinner will be held at the same venue as last year, the wonderful 'Lakeside Restaurant and Bar' at the Ponderosa Therapeutic Centre, Heckmondike. The date for your diary is Friday 11th June 2010 with the evening starting from 19:30.

Speaker for the evening is Roy Dickinson, former Leeds and Great Britain International, compered by Karl Kirkpatrik, the former Super League referee.

Tickets are priced at £30pp or a table of 10 for £275, no increase on last years prices.

Tickets can be purchased from outside the 'Dog House' on matchdays, from BISSA committee members and from the BISSA website here.

As the 2010 season pace starts to quicken, BISSA continues to provide all the games on DVD to relive all those heart stopping moments from the Northern Rail Cup so far and of course, a extensive back catalogue. The DVDs can be bought from the 'Dog House' on match days and from the BISSA Online Store here...

Spread & Save continues into the new season with jars available at the next home match (Widnes). Jars of Strawberry & Robertsons Raspberry will be available to collect from the 'Dog House' and have been kindly donated by LONDIS on Bradford Road, Littletown.

I would like to thank everyone for there donations so far, every jar helps the cause. A special mention for Stuart Hull for his donation of a Babycham bottle of coins (very large one) which contained £160.
